How it works

From the guest list to the venue floor plan

Four steps. The first takes ten minutes and the rest adjusts as the RSVPs come in.

  1. 1

    Draw your venue

Add round tables, banquet tables or the sweetheart table, and place the dance floor, the stage or the bar until the plan matches the room.

  2. 2

    Bring your list

Everyone who confirmed is ready to be placed, companions included. Nothing to import, nothing to type again.

  3. 3

    Place every guest

Drag them onto a seat or tap it to sit them down. Group families in one click and adjust whatever you want.

  4. 4

    Share the plan

Download the image for the venue and the per-table spreadsheet for the caterer, dietary requirements included.

What you get

Built for the wedding day, not for a diagram

Everything the venue, the caterer and your family need to know where each person goes.

Tables like the ones at your venue

Round, banquet, square and the sweetheart table. Set the number of seats, the size and the spacing down to the centimetre.

Every guest, recognisable

Each person gets their own figure from what you recorded, with companions and children shown apart. Finding someone stops being list-reading.

In step with your RSVPs

If someone confirms, cancels or adds a companion, the plan updates itself. No more parallel lists.

Automatic seating

Group by family or category and fill the tables in one click. Take it as a starting point and adjust the rest.

For the venue and the caterer

Export the plan image and the per-table sheet with every diner, their dietary requirements and their allergies.

It saves itself

Every change is saved and you can undo. Start on the laptop and carry on from your phone right where you left it.

Frequently asked

Questions about the seating chart

Start with the room: add the tables the venue confirmed and place the dance floor and the stage. Then seat the guests who already replied, beginning with families and the top table. Leave the undecided ones for last: in Nozzia their seats stay flagged and you can adjust them until the final day.

A 150 cm round table usually takes 8 to 10 people; a banquet table depends on its length. In the plan you set the size and the number of seats per table, and the tool warns you when the chairs get too close for the space you chose.

No. It is included in your Nozzia account along with the guest list and the RSVPs. Nothing else to buy and no software to install.

Their seat is freed and you get told about the change. Same when someone adds or drops a companion: the plan keeps up with the guest list, so you do not have to check it table by table.

Yes. You can download the plan image to print it or send it over WhatsApp, plus a spreadsheet with each table, who sits there and their dietary requirements, which is what caterers usually ask for.

Yes. Everything saves itself, so you can lay out the room on a laptop and carry on seating guests from your phone while the last RSVPs arrive.

Not necessarily. You can work with the tables the venue confirmed and arrange them by eye. If you do have the measurements, the plan works in centimetres and includes a ruler so the distances are true to the room.
