• Guest data you provide: name, email and phone for sending invitations.
• Preferences and logs of communications via email and WhatsApp.
• Transaction data provided by the payment processor. We do not store card data.

We obtain data directly from you when you register or use Nozzia, and from third parties when we process payments or send communications.

• Provide and improve the service, including guest management and RSVP.
• Send invitations and related notifications via email and WhatsApp.
• Process payments through certified external providers.

Sharing of Data

We share data with providers that help us operate Nozzia: hosting, analytics, email, WhatsApp and payments. Only under contracts requiring confidentiality and security.

• Mailgun: Email services (Mailgun) for sending invitations.
• Twilio: Messaging/WhatsApp services (Twilio) for WhatsApp communications.
• MercadoPago: Payment processors (MercadoPago) for transaction processing.
• Google Analytics: Analytics tools (Google Analytics) for usage analysis.

Retention

We retain data while the account is active and as required by law. You can request deletion when it is no longer needed.
