General
What is Nozzia?
Nozzia is a digital wedding invitation platform. You pick one of the designs in the collection, import your guest list and send the invitation over WhatsApp and email. Every guest gets a unique link with their name on it to confirm attendance, and the replies land in your dashboard in real time.
How does Nozzia work?
You create your account for free, fill in the wedding details, choose the invitation design, import your guest list from Excel or CSV and send. Your guests open the link in their phone browser and confirm their attendance and that of their companions.
Is Nozzia free to use?
Creating the event, choosing a design, managing your guest list and receiving RSVPs is free. You only pay for the invitations you send, and for extra photo and video gallery capacity if you want it. There is no subscription.
Invitations
Can I customize my invitations?
Yes. On top of the design you choose, Nozzia fills in the couple's names, the date, the time, the venue, the dress code, the schedule and the welcome message, and every guest gets their own version with their name on it. What you don't have to do is design anything or upload a file: the design is already made.
How do I send invitations?
You can send invitations via email or WhatsApp directly from the platform. Just import your guest list and select the sending method.
Do my guests need to create an account?
No, your guests don't need to create an account. They can view the invitation and confirm their attendance directly from the link they receive.
Which invitation designs can I choose from?
Nozzia comes with a collection of designs made by designers, each with its own typeface, palette and opening animation. You can see them all running, on a sample wedding, at nozzia.com/en/invitaciones. Which ones come with your event and which are bought once is shown in the store in your dashboard.
Guest Management
How many guests can I add?
As many as you need: the guest list has no limit and managing it is free. What you pay for are the invitations you send, per guest, so you only pay for the people who actually receive one.
Can I import my guest list?
Yes, you can import your guest list from an Excel or CSV file, or add them manually one by one.
How does RSVP work?
Your guests receive a unique link where they can confirm their attendance, indicate the number of companions, and leave special comments.
