These terms govern the use of Nozzia, developed by Survivors Labs. By using the service you agree to these terms.

The Service

Nozzia enables creating digital invitations, managing guests, sending communications and processing payments through third parties.

User Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Nozzia responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws:

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, spam or abusive content.
• Do not infringe third-party rights or violate personal data.
• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Do not interfere with the security or integrity of Nozzia.

Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities or content that violates laws.
• Harmful, threatening, abusive or defamatory content.
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications.
• Impersonating other persons or entities.
• Interfering with the operation or security of the service.

User-Uploaded Content

You own your content. You grant us a limited license to host and display it for service purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. You can delete it anytime except for temporary backups.

Payments and Billing

Prices and charges are shown before payment. Payments are processed by certified third parties. We do not store card data.

• All prices are clearly displayed before completing any transaction.
• Billing is processed through secure third-party payment providers.
• Refund policies are subject to the terms of each specific plan.
• Payment disputes should be directed to our support team.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for security risks.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Survivors Labs from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bogotá, Colombia.

We may update these terms. We will notify you of relevant changes. Continued use implies acceptance.
